Modern Family Retreat with Dual Masters in Central Naples

As you enter the front door, you walk into an open living space that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked. There two master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. They both have king sized beds. Bedroom three has full bunkbeds. Bedroom 4 has 1 queen bed. There is a third bathroom between bedrooms 3 and 4. Outside Master bedroom 2, there is a dedicated workspace. There are four French doors that lead to the lanai. There is a French door from each master bedroom, one from the dedicated work space, and one near the dining area. There is large covered space and a large uncovered lanai space. In the covered space, you'll find an outdoor dining area, grill, and refrigerator. In the uncovered space, we have set up a canopy with an outdoor seating area. The outdoor area has string lights all around it to create a nice ambience for evenings outside. If you exit the lanai, you'll find a putting green. We keep a few golf balls and putters available. In the garage, you'll find the washer and dryer. You'll also find beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella.

We restrict parking on the road to stay in the good graces of our HOA. The driveway will accommodate four cars.

Garbage pick up is on Thursday. Garbage and recycling are picked up on Mondays. The bins are located on the west side of the house. The green bin is garbage. The bin with the yellow lid is recycling.
